Itinerary software for travel advisors in 2026

Updated November 2026 · By the Visby team. We make Visby, so we say where other options are the better fit, and every fee below links to the vendor’s own page.

Short answer

For an all-in-one CRM, invoicing and itinerary tool, Travefy and TravelJoy are the low-cost picks, and Tern suits advisors who want an AI-heavy operating system. Safari Portal makes the richest visual itineraries at a higher price.

Visby is the free option for the part your client carries: build the trip once with travel times between stops worked out, and your client opens it on their phone under your name, with nothing to download. No monthly fee; Visby earns a commission only when a client pays through Visby.
