What does it cost?

Nothing to start and no monthly fee. Visby takes 15% of what people pay through Visby, all-in: card processing is included. On a $100 sign-up you get $85. Sign-ups through the Visby widget on your own website or emails are 3% plus card processing. A free program costs you nothing.

Can we charge a program fee?

Yes. Set any fee, per person or per group, and say what it covers: a bed, meals, training. Or make it free.

Can we say no to someone?

Yes. Each sign-up is yours to accept or decline. A decline refunds them in full.

Can we ask for a minimum age or a background check?

Yes. Each program can set a minimum age, the skills or fitness it needs, a background check and anything else they need before they come.
