- Step 3
They book. You accept or decline
Dates and headcount come with the request. Each one is yours to take or not.
- Step 4
You are paid
15% all-in comes out of what they paid through Visby, card processing included. The other 85% is yours. Through the Visby widget on your own site or emails it is 3% plus card processing.

Questions
Questions schools and programs ask
30 minutes with Serena. You can keep selling on other sites.
What kind of programs fit?
Anything people travel to join: ski and snowboard schools, surf, kite, dive and sailing schools, climbing and mountaineering courses, cycling camps, cooking schools and culinary holidays, language courses, retreats, group trips, and volunteer programs run by nonprofits.
Do you run the course?
No. You run it. Visby does not employ your instructors or guides.
What does it cost?
Nothing to start. No monthly fee. Visby takes 15% of what they pay through Visby, all-in: card processing is included. On a €1,000 course you get €850. Bookings through the Visby widget on your own website or emails are 3% plus card processing. If nobody pays through Visby, there is no charge.
Can I set levels, ages or requirements?
Yes. Put them in the listing, and decline any request that is not a fit.
We are a nonprofit. Does this work for volunteer programs?
Yes. You design the program and accept each volunteer. If it is free to join, there is no charge. If it has a fee, Visby takes the same 15% as every partner when it makes the sale.
What are the terms?
Schools and programs sign the Tour Operator Terms: fees, payouts, cancellations and refunds. Read the Tour Operator Terms
Nonprofits: run a volunteer program
Plenty of travelers would give a morning, a weekend or a few weeks of their trip to a good cause, if they knew where to start. You design the program: what volunteers do, the dates, how many spots, your requirements, and a program fee if you charge one. Visby posts it on the website and in the app, travelers sign up and pay in Visby, and you accept or decline each person.
Nothing to pay to start, and no monthly fee. If people join for free, there is no charge. If your program has a fee, Visby takes 15% when it makes the sale, card processing included, the same as every partner, or 3% plus card processing through the Visby sign-up widget on your own site.
